Anna Jimenez - LCSW, ICDVP

Hello there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who strongly believes in prioritizing mental health just as much as physical health. It's crucial to feel comfortable with your therapist before diving into counseling. You should trust the person you're confiding in to help you navigate your emotions. Together, we can delve into your experiences and discover coping strategies that will empower you for life.

My experience includes providing therapy and educational support to various groups, families, and individuals, spanning from children to older adults. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, using approaches like client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, play therapy, Theraplay, art therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I'm proud to offer services in both English and Spanish, catering to a bilingual and bicultural community. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can freely discuss the issues that matter most to you. Let's embark on this journey together toward improved mental well-being.
